Four smiths crack open crucibles to reveal surprise metals they'll use to forge signature blades. After a tense, one smith is sent packing while the three remaining competitors are tasked with casting bronze guards. Only two survive and move on to their home forges to recreate the legendary sword of King Charlemagne: the Joyeuse. Which smith's sword will be fit for a king?
